Cacao Farming
Our cacao begins its life on ethical farms where pods are hand-harvested at peak ripeness.

Fermentation
Fresh beans are slow-fermented to naturally develop depth, fruitiness, and complexity.

Roasting
Careful roasting unlocks chocolate aroma while preserving the soul of the cacao.

Winnowing
Outer shells are gently removed, leaving behind only pure cacao nibs.

Stone Grinding
Nibs are slowly ground into smooth cocoa liquor using low-heat stone refinement.

Natural Date Sweetening
Whole dates are blended 24+hr. and refined again - replacing refined sugar completely.

Tempering
Precise temperature control gives our chocolate its glossy shine and clean snap.

Molding & Resting
Tempered chocolate is poured into molds and rested slowly for perfect finish.
