Delivery Process

For your security, orders above ₹1,000 require signature confirmation at delivery.

🚚 Safe Delivery

⚠️ Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails, the courier will attempt 2-3 times and contact you via phone. After final attempt, packages may be returned to us.

During heat waves, we may pause shipping to certain regions. Affected customers will be notified and orders rescheduled.

Shipping Issues

📦 Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, don't accept it or take photos immediately and contact support@bittersoil.com within 24 hours.

🏠 Wrong Address

Address changes possible only before dispatch. After shipping, contact the courier partner using your tracking number.

❌ Non-Delivery

If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate and resolve.
