We use insulated packaging with cooling elements during hot months to prevent melting during transit.

For your security, orders above ₹1,000 require signature confirmation at delivery.

🚚 Safe Delivery

Our courier partners deliver to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

⚠️ Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails, the courier will attempt 2-3 times and contact you via phone. After final attempt, packages may be returned to us.

We use extra cooling elements and insulated packaging. Orders to very hot regions may be delayed to avoid quality compromise.

🌧️ Monsoon Season (July-September)

Waterproof outer packaging used. Some remote areas may face weather-related delays.

🔥 Extreme Heat Advisory

During heat waves, we may pause shipping to certain regions. Affected customers will be notified and orders rescheduled.

⏰ Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, contact us immediately. We'll track with the courier and provide updates.

📦 Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, don't accept it or take photos immediately and contact support@bittersoil.com within 24 hours.

🏠 Wrong Address

Address changes possible only before dispatch. After shipping, contact the courier partner using your tracking number.

❌ Non-Delivery

If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate and resolve.
